Getting Started
with your Prints

Step 1

Determine which images you want printed and then collect either the digital file, negative, positive, or hard copy original(s).

Step 2

If the image is not already digital, it will need to be either scanned or captured by a photographer. If the image is not larger than 8 X 10, whether it is a flat hard copy, negative or positive, we can scan it for you.

If this is the case please complete our order form and mail it with a copy of your hard copy, or negative or positive. Please do not send your only copy. It is best to make a backup, just in case your item is lost or damaged in the mail.

If your image is already digitized, you can send the file to us either through our online file uploading system, or burn the file on CD and mail it with the order form. Please note that files over 22 mb will not upload through our online file uploading system. If your file is large than 22 mb and you want to upload to our FTP server, please contact us at ftp@pixartprints.com.

Step 3

Once we receive all materials such as hard copies or digital files, and the order form, we will review your job and then send you an email invoice noting all charges and a link for payment.

Please note, that due to problems with personal checks, we now only accept online orders through PayPal, an Ebay company and
global leader of online payments. With PayPal you are able to make payment securely and easily with either a credit card or bank account.

If you do not have a PayPal account, please follow their easy account sign up system (Link will open a new window and your information will not be lost). It generally takes about 5 minutes to complete and the benefits include increased security for both purchaser and seller, quicker payment, and easier shipping.

Please note, all online orders must be prepaid before work begins.

Step 4

Once we receive all materials and payment is made, we will begin work. Once we are ready to print, we will email a pdf proof and/or, if requested, send you a 8.5 X 11 hard copy proof. You will then need to review the proof(s) and then either approve the job or request changes.

Step 5

Once we receive approval to print the job, it is printed within 3 days (usually within 24 hours) and then packaged and shipped UPS Ground, unless otherwise noted on the order form.
