Create
a Color PDF document
using QuarkXPress
1. Open
your document
2.
Go to the Print Menu
3.
Select Setup and choose your correct Printer Description. If you
don't have a CMYK color printer or if you're not sure, the "Acrobat" printer
description is a good choice.

Then select your Paper Size.
5.
Select the Capture Settings button. This will close the Print window.
6.
Go back to the Print menu and select Page Setup / Printer Attributes
/ Postscript Options.
7.
Click off all options. These postscript options offen cause conflicts.
8.
Press OK and go back to the main Printer window.
9.
Click on the Printer button.
10.
Go to General / Save as File.
11.
Change the postscript level should be at 2 and or 3.
12.
Also make sure the Data format is on Binary. After this is done,
go back to the General menu and select the "Save Settings" button.

This will take you back to the main Printing window.
14.
Press the "Capture Settings" button.
15.
Click on your document page and proceed to the File menu.
16.
Scroll down to "Export/ Export as PDF".
17.
The window will ask you to find a save location.
18.
Then Choose to save.
19.
The PDF document will save in your chosen location.
