Payment
All non-account jobs must be prepaid before work begins. Orders
in the state of New Jersey are subject to state sales tax, unless
a resale certificate is submitted at the time of order placement. PayPal
is the preferred payment method; however,
a personal or company check is accepted with prior approval. There
is a $30.00 charge for returned checks.
Turnaround Time
Turnaround
is
3 business
days after written approval of your proof and does not include
shipping time. However, most work is printed within 24 hours after
written approval. Large quantity orders may require extra time. Rush
orders are available at 25% surcharge, with e-mail PDF proof only.
Shipping
Prints
are delivered by UPS, rolled
up in
sturdy tubes (not mounted), this will save on shipping charges
and lessen the
chance for damage. UPS packages are automatically insured up
to $100. If you need additional
insurance please indicate on your order. It is highly recommended
that prints be laminated for long term use.
